Challenge:

Create an HTML email template based on a PSD that is easy for non-HTML savvy users to update and ensure it displays as it should in popular email clients.

Solution:

I spent time to research the base level of compatibility for all major email clients at the time and assembled the template making sure to only use viable tags and CSS. I then tested the email across all targeted clients.
